At the meeting Milliyet newspaper columnist Aslı Aydıntaçbaş, Vatan newspaper columnist Can Ataklı, Radikal newspaper columnist Avni Özgürel and Zaman newspaper columnist Ahmet Turan Alkan participated as speakers. A comparison was made between columnists in Turkish newspapers and magazines and those in the foreign press.
